This document is a working draft prepared for review by qualified counsel before it takes effect. It is published so you can see how DUKOIN intends to operate. If anything here conflicts with mandatory law in your country, the mandatory law applies.
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of dukoin.com (see Contact), referred to here as “DUKOIN”, “we” or “us”. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
DUKOIN is a crypto research, education and decision-support platform. It provides market data, research scores, scanners, forecasts, alerts, portfolio tracking, risk analysis and an AI assistant.
DUKOIN is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser or fund. We do not execute trades, hold money or crypto assets for you, or connect to your exchange accounts or wallets. Nothing on DUKOIN is personal investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Please read the Risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure your use of DUKOIN is lawful where you live.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Plans are for individual use unless we agree otherwise in writing. For team or business use, contact us.
4. Plans, fees and usage limits
Paid plans, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Subscription terms. Each plan includes limits, such as daily AI messages, alerts, watchlists and portfolios, shown on the Pricing page. We may enforce limits technically.
5. Data, scores and forecasts
Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Freshness labels indicate data age but do not guarantee accuracy. Research Scores are relative rankings, not predictions. Forecasts are statistical estimates of uncertainty and may be wrong; prices can move outside any range shown. We may change methodologies, with versioning as described on our Methodology pages.
6. AI outputs
The AI assistant generates responses using DUKOIN data and a third-party AI model. Although we apply validation checks, AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision, and verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, resell or redistribute data, scores, forecasts or content from DUKOIN, except for personal, non-commercial use and short quotations with attribution;
- access the service through automated means beyond normal browser use, or circumvent usage limits;
- attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to manipulate the AI assistant into bypassing its safeguards;
- use DUKOIN to break the law, including market manipulation, fraud or sanctions violations;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of data you enter, such as transactions and watchlists. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Our intellectual property
The DUKOIN name, software, design, methodologies, text and compilations are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party data remains subject to its provider’s terms. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep DUKOIN available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product. If we remove a core paid feature, we will tell you and you may cancel; where required by law, we will offer a pro-rata refund.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using DUKOIN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any information will lead to any particular result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment or trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s country of establishment (see Contact). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution resources.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
