This document is a working draft prepared for review by qualified counsel before it takes effect. It is published so you can see how DUKOIN intends to operate. If anything here conflicts with mandatory law in your country, the mandatory law applies.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. DUKOIN uses as few as possible: the ones needed to run the service, and optional ones only with your consent.
1. Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and do not need consent. They include:
- Authentication: keeping you signed in securely.
- Security: protecting forms against cross-site request forgery and detecting abuse.
- Load balancing and caching: delivering pages reliably.
- Consent record: remembering your cookie choices.
2. Preferences
We store choices such as display currency, theme, table layout or a dismissed notice, using cookies or your browser’s local storage, to provide the experience you asked for. These are not used to track you.
3. Payments
When you open checkout or the billing portal, Stripe sets cookies needed for payment processing and fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
4. Sign-in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google may set cookies during the sign-in flow under its own policies.
5. Analytics and marketing
We use analytics or marketing cookies only if you consent through our cookie banner. The banner lists the specific tools in use at any given time. You can decline them without losing access to any feature. We do not sell personal data collected through cookies.
6. Your choices
- Change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
7. More information
See our Privacy policy for how we handle personal data, or contact us with questions.
